Your first visit

All new clients, or those who have not been seen for 12 months or longer, will need to undergo the same format of assessment prior to treatment. Your initial consultation will take around an hour to complete.

Initial Consultation - your Doctor will complete the following:

• Completion of Health & Medical History Record Card
• Neurological, Muscular and Orthopaedic Testing
• An explanation of Chiropractic Care
• Referral for X-Ray or MRI if deemed appropriate

Please note for initial examination you will need to wear sensible underwear or shorts with the option of a patient gown. Please also bring information on any medication or supplements you are currently taking, including name of drug and doseage amount.
